Q:Is there a deposit required to open a new Sprint account?
A: Depending on a quick, confidential credit check, there may be a deposit on your account. This deposit can vary between 25 dollars and 250 dollars per line. This deposit is refunded at the end of a year, as long as your account has always been in good standing.

Q: My computer is acting funny. Can you just tell me how to fix it over the phone?
A: No we cannot. Due to the complex nature of computer errors, we strongly recomend having us look at it physically. We do, however, do house calls for people who dont feel like hauling everything around.
